Galaxy tumbling classes are geared specifically for cheerleading. Our Tumbling Staff has taught and experienced skills at every level of tumbling. Students learn the proper technique and progression of tumbling skills they need to execute these skills. This will translate into athletes performing for their high school, junior high school, elementary school, or all-star cheerleading teams.

Our spotting, teaching, and training techniques have garnered praise from coaches and programs all over the country. Integrating Gym-Nest Tumbling with Galaxy Cheerleading creates champions. The Gym-Nest has long been the "go to" facility for many of the schools and cheerleading teams in our area, several of whom are State and National Champions! Galaxy Tumbling offers tumbling classes for every skill level and age. Our spotting, teaching, and training techniques have garnered praise from coaches and programs all over the country.

Galaxy offers classes in cheerleading for recreational and competitive athletes. Whether they cheer for Galaxy All Stars, another program, or simply just want to have fun- Total Cheer is the way to go! The Galaxy cheerleading program starts with an innovative and fun curriculum and offers classes for all ages and abilities. We utilize a multi-faceted approach. You need to teach stunting, tumbling, dance, motions, chanting, cheering and everything you need to be a "top-notch" cheerleader… You need the TOTAL package, you need TOTAL CHEER!

Stunting Page
Galaxy stunt classes focus on flexibility, progressions, and strength. Our staff will help build and promote good technique in partner and/or group stunting, transitions, pyramids, creative entrances, and dismounts.

At Galaxy we teach all aspects of stunting, from the necessary spotting skills, to elite stunting, to simply making your stunts clean, sharp and solid. These classes are designed to challenge and teach both new and confident stunters. Our National level coaches will help you improve your skill level and learn new stunts. Whether you are new or just want to clean up your competition stunts, we can help.

Private Lessons Page
Galaxy Cheer will put our expertise to work for you by designing a Custom Coaching plan around your needs. Whether you are looking for tumbling, stunting, choreography, or dance- we a custom solution that's right for you. All of our private clinics will start with a solution design meeting to create an agenda that meets your organizations needs. Your private clinic will end with quality materials for your coaches to take home and reference after their clinic is complete. Clinics can be tailored to combine any number of skills and can be designed to teach the students or the staff from your organization.

We offer private lessons for any cheerleader or person preparing to tryout for their school and college cheer teams. We will specialize the work outs to meet your specific goals weather they be to improve your jumps, learn how to base or fly, work arm motions or all of the above.
